For breakfast at our aparthotel in Pitztal, we try very hard to conjure up only the best on your plate every day. Look forward to pure variety and our fresh, regional and seasonal products. Real sports nutrition that provides strength and energy for sporting challenges and helps you to surpass yourself.

During your stay, you have the option to enjoy a 3- or 4-course menu that is freshly prepared five times a week by Arjan, co-owner and renowned chef. The menu is composed of regional products and prepared daily with love. Each morning at breakfast, the menu for that evening will be written out and placed on your table. You can decide whether you'd like to enjoy a cozy and tasty dinner on the day itself, or you can pre-book it when reserving your stay.
The breakfast buffet
Our breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of fresh and tasty ingredients that you can use to create your own favorite breakfast. Different types of freshly baked bread, hearty cold cuts, aromatic cheeses, sweet jams and honey as well as a selection of muesli, yoghurt and fresh fruit, accompanied by freshly brewed coffee, exquisite teas and refreshing juices. In our green mountain home, regional products and seasonal cooking are of utmost importance to us. That's why we prefer to source our ingredients from local producers. In this way we protect the environment, strengthen the region’s added value and give you the unique opportunity to sample the culinary variety of the Tirolean Alps. Enjoy homemade specialties from our own garden every morning and taste treats from local farmers, dairymen and bakers around the corner – carefully prepared by us with much love.
Organic products + highlights
At our breakfast buffet of Landhaus Edelweiß, we focus entirely on sustainability and top quality. Around 70 to 80% of the products come from regional organic farming and some even from our own garden. Look forward to special highlights, with which we will regularly surprise you, and a varied range of healthy & tasty dishes for the start into a new and eventful mountaineering day.
