All room categories are equipped with cooking facilities - including dishes, pots, pans and everything you need for cooking.
Extra beds
Extra beds for adults cost € 40.00 per night, for children up to 12 years € 20.00. Baby cots are available for € 5.00 per day.
Sauna and infrared cabin
The use of the sauna and infrared cabin is free of charge for you every day. Bathing bags for the sauna can be rented for € 5,00.
Parking
There is a free underground parking (subject to availability) or parking spaces directly in front of the house.
Hiking and ski bus
The free hiking and ski bus shuttles, taking you to the attractions within the valley, stops very close to our guesthouse.

Prices per category
The prices are per room category & day including a regional, rich breakfast buffet - exclusive of resort tax per day (summer: € 2.00, winter: € 3.00).
Packed lunch
For € 6.00 we will put together a packed lunch for you, consisting of two sandwiches, a piece of fruit, a drink and a sweet.
Bread delivery service
For an extra charge, you can order fresh bread for your snack on the mountain or for dinner in your apartment.
Resort tax
For people over 16 years the resort tax amounts to € 2.00 in summer and € 3.00 per day and person in winter.
Check-in + check-out
Check-in is possible from 4.00 pm, check-out until 10.00 am. In case of late arrival after 6.00 pm we kindly ask you to let us know in advance.
Pets
We love animals, but out of consideration for our guests we are a pet-free accommodation.
Deposit + payment
A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is due upon booking. Please transfer the remaining amount one week prior to arrival.

Cancellation conditions + general terms and conditions
Our cancellation conditions and GTC according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply:
- 2 months prior to arrival: free of charge
- 2 months to 4 weeks prior to arrival: 40% of the price for your stay
- 4 weeks to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the price for your stay
- 1 week prior to arrival: 90% of the price for your stay
